SALTED NUT ROLL 
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
3 c. mini-marshmallows
2 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 c. white corn syrup
12 oz. Reese's peanut butter chips
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix together 1 yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup melted butter; and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes.

Pour 3 cups of mini-marshmallows over cake and return to oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows puff up.

Melt together 1/2 cup white corn syrup, 12 ounces Reese's peanut butter chips, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour mixture over 2 cups Spanish peanuts and 2 cups Rice Krispies. Mix and spread mixture over cake layer. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
