GRAHAM CRACKER CHEESE CAKE 
1 box graham crackers, finely crushed
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. small lemon Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1 c. boiling water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar

Mix cracker crumbs and butter together and pat in 13 x 9 pan. Mix Jello with water, stir until dissolved, add lemon juice. Beat together softened cheese with sugar. Add to Jello and beat. Add chilled milk to Jello mixture and beat with electric mixer until thick and pour over cracker crust. Chill 3 to 4 hours and serve.
