LEMON CHEESE CAKE GRAHAM CRACKER
PIE CRUST
 
3 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened can milk
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. cottage cheese or sour cream
1/3 c. lemon juice

Beat eggs until thick, beat in sugar. Gradually beat in cheese until thick and smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes, cool slightly. Blend condensed milk and juice and spread over top.
