SOUFFLE' SALAD 
1 pkg. lime or lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. red grapes
Chopped cabbage (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. peeled and diced apples
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Blend well with rotary beater. Pour into ice tray or bowl and quick chill for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm, 1 inch from edge but soft in center. Turn into bowl and beat until fluffy. Fold in fruits and vegetables. Pour into mold or serving dish and chill until firm.
