STRAWBERRY SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
4 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 pkg. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add juice from frozen strawberries. Set in refrigerator till partially set. Beat milk and cream cheese together. Beat chilled Jello. Beat in Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture. Fold in frozen strawberries. Pour into oiled mold (4 cup mold); set 4 hours.
