SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 lg. can yams; drained & mashed
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above with mixer. Pour into bowl. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1/3 stick butter

Sprinkle on top of above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes with top on casserole.
