MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 #303 can cream corn
1 onion
1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 c. bacon grease
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
4-6 jalapenos

Brown meat and onions. Add all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve hot.
