MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. sweet milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (#3) can cream style corn
1/4 c. oil
1 lg. onion
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 lb. hamburger meat

Chop onion, Jalapeno peppers, grated cheese. Saute hamburger meat and drain. Grease large skillet. Sprinkle thin layer of meat; brown. Pour 1/2 batter then cheese mixture then remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
