MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 - 1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder

Brown meat lightly. Add onions and other ingredients; mix well. Bake in large pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
