NANNY'S SPICY STUFFED MEAT BALLS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 lb. pork sausage mild or spicy 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup shredded Colby or cheddar 2 or 3 drops yellow food coloring approximately 20 medium jalapenos Pull stems off Jalapenos. Slice down one side end to end and wash out seeds and dry on paper towel. Mix cream cheese, Colby and food coloring and stuff into peppers and close them. Mix hamburger and sausage together, making patties to cover the whole peppers, sealing in cheese. Bake, pan FRY, or Grill to cook raw meat. Submitted by: Nanny B. |
