DEER SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. ground deer meat
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 (1 lb.) roll Tennessee Pride Hot breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Shape into nickel to half dollar size balls. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes on a non-stick baking pan.
