“EASY SAUSAGE BALLS” IS IN:

EASY SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 cups biscuit mix (I use Bisquick)
1 lb. hot or mild bulk pork sausage, cooked and at room temp.
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, crumble browned sausage and mix with grated cheese. Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time. Form into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F degrees until light brown (about 13 to 15 minutes). Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen. Serve warm.

Makes 7 dozen.
