SUMMER FROZEN FRUIT BARS 
2 c. of summer fruit (pineapple, oranges & strawberries)
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Puree fruit in blender, adding a tablespoon or two of water if necessary. Add sugar (if desired) and lemon juice and blend. Pour into bar molds or small cups and insert sticks. Freeze until solid. For most summer fruits, it'll be less than 50 calories a serving. Makes four 4 oz. bars.
