SUGARLESS FRUIT BARS 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. orange juice
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Boil raisins, dates, pineapple and juice; boil 3 minutes. Add butter and cool. Mix flour, soda (I add a dash of salt) to cooled mixture, then eggs, vanilla and nuts. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 go 25 minutes. Test in 15 minutes. Do not over bake.
