QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Poppy seed noodles

Cut meat into 1/4 inch strips; brown in hot shortening

Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are crisp and tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked noodles.
