COMPANY CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
1 sm. bag stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. dry wine
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix sour cream and spices and allow to set overnight. Dip chicken in sour cream mix then roll in stuffing mix. Roll up breasts and pour butter and wine over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
