25 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 box Dream Whip
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Gradually beat sugar and vanilla into egg whites. Mix butter and nuts with cracker crumbs and pour into egg whites and mix. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Chill and cover with Dream Whip. I substitute Cool Whip for the Dream Whip.
