Saute 1 cup each - onion, pepper and celery, in small amount of butter.

Add:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 c. peeled shrimp
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together.

Place all in casserole. Cover with bread crumbs made from 9 slices bread cubed and mixed with small amount of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
