GAZPACHO RELISH 
3 tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. celery salt or 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt and 1/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients and chill well. Makes 3 cups. Serve in bowls.
