APRICOT COBBLER 
Place 12 cut up watered apricots in bottom of buttered pan. Top with topping mix. Bake for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. May top with ice cream or whipped cream.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 stick butter
1 egg

Mix and use as directed.
