VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Mix all together. Roll Ritz crackers fine and put on top. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
