VEG-ALL CASSEROLE | |
2 (1 lb.) cans Veg-All vegetables (drained) 1 can LeSueur baby peas (drained) 1 lg. onion, chopped as desired 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 45 Ritz crackers (1 roll crumbled coarsely) 1/2 - 1 stick butter, melted Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Spread in 13x9 glass baking dish. Topping of crackers and pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. DO NOT cover to bake. Refrigerate. Uneaten portion heats easily in microwave. Do not make ahead. Must mix together and bake at once. Sometimes I add a can of mushrooms chopped or lima beans for variety. Good eating! |
