STUFFED CABBAGE 
Cabbage head
Ground meat
Rice
1 large can peeled tomatoes
1 small can sauerkraut
Handful raisins
1 tbsp. sugar
Caraway seeds

Cut heart out of cabbage and boil cabbage head, adding spoonful of vinegar to water. Cook until soft. Mix meat and handful of rice. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Add water until mushy. Roll mixture into leaves of cabbage. Arrange rolls in saucepan. Add tomatoes, sauerkraut, raisins, sugar and caraway seeds. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
