SOUR CREAM FUDGE CAKE 
3 oz. chocolate, melted
1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine melted chocolate and boiling water and stir until thick. Sift together remaining ingredients, then add 1 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup Crisco. Stir only until moistened.

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; scrape sides of bowl, then add cooled chocolate mixture. Add 2 eggs, beaten, then add 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Beat additional 2 minutes.

Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
