SOUR CREAM FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sour cream 1 sq. chocolate 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. chopped nuts Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil over very low heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted. Beat until thick and creamy. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered dish. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds. |
