SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or more if desired

Can replace with 1 jar Ragu.

Cook spaghetti; drain. Stir butter into spaghetti. Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form mixture into a crust in a buttered 10-inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese on bottom of crust.

Brown beef in skillet with onion and green pepper. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Add to pie crust (spaghetti). Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 20 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 more minutes. 6 servings.
