SHERRIED BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. stew beef, in 1" cubes
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can low salt cream of mushroom soup
1/2 dry sherry
1 1/2 env. stroganoff sauce mix
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream

Toss beef cubes with flour to coat. In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil. Drain off fat. Combine all remaining ingredients (except sour cream) and stir into meat.

Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Baked, covered at 350 degrees until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles. This is a great casserole for company.
