FRUIT PIZZA 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. peach preserves
Canned or fresh fruits (your choice - I suggest bananas, pineapple, strawberries, and peaches)

Melt butter and mix with graham crumbs and 1/2 cup sugar. Press mix onto round pizza pan. Bake for 7 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool completely. Mix 2/3 cup sugar with cream cheese and spread onto graham crust. Arrange fruit to suit. Mix preserves with 1 teaspoon warm water and use glaze to cover fruit to keep from discoloration. Store in refrigerator.

Can also substitute graham crust with sugar cookie dough bought in freezer section.
