EASY SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Salt, oregano, basil, pepper
2 (15 oz.) jars of spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 c. water

Mix cheeses, egg, spinach and spices together. In greased baking dish, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles and 1/2 cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce. Pour water around edges. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Freezes great.
