2 pkgs. frozen spinach
6 eggs
1/4 c. Motzo Meal
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1/2 c. Feta cheese
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. 2% cottage cheese

Thaw spinach (squeeze excess water) and mix with the beaten eggs. Add rest of the ingredients. Use only 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Place mixture in a pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve cold or hot. Freezes well.
