CRISP CRUST BAKED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up or 6-8 chicken breasts
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter

1. Wash and pat dry chicken.

2. Beat egg and milk in bowl.

3. Mix in another bowl potato flakes, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.

4. Roll chicken in milk mixture and then in potato flake mixture.

5. Melt butter in shallow baking dish and roll coated chicken in it and place pieces in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
