SEVEN LAYER DIP 
1 can refried beans (heat briefly - in micro is OK)
1 pkg. taco mix
Sour cream
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped green chilies
1 ripe avocado
Chopped scallions
Sliced black olives
Shredded cheddar cheese, melted

Mix beans and taco mix and spread on bottom of deep pie plate. Mash avocado with sour cream to a spreading consistency. Spread over beans. Add scallions, tomatoes, olives, chilies. Cover with melted cheese. Serve with Tio Shancho Nacho Chips.
