POULTRY DRESSING 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. broth
4 c. bread cubes or stuffing mix
3 c. cornbread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage

Simmer onion and celery until tender and drain. Heat melted butter and broth. Combine bread cubes, crumbs and seasonings and mix well. Add onions, celery and liquid to dry mixture, mixing well. Let set overnight in covered dish. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees until brown.
