1 (6 oz.) bag corn bread stuffing
3/4 c. grapefruit segments
1/2 c. fresh orange segments
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. orange juice

Put stuffing in a large mixing bowl. Add coarsely cut fruit segments, walnuts, celery and parsley. Blend in melted butter. Bake in a covered casserole for 35 to 40 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Also good with seafood.
