2 c. diced turkey
2 stalks (1 c.) chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. carton (1 c.) sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded American cheese
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix

In 3 quart mixing bowl combine all ingredients except 1 cup of herb seasoned stuffing mix. Mix well 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into ungreased 12"x8" (2 quart) baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of reserved stuffing mix. Bake, near center of 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly in center.
