TURKEY-DRESSING CASSEROLE 
4 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm crumbs)
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut up
1 c. melted butter
Dash of pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked)

Mix stuffing mix with melted butter. Pat one half in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Spread cooked broccoli over stuffing mixture. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over broccoli layer. Put remaining crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12 to 15.
