EASY LEFTOVER THANKSGIVING
DINNER CASSEROLE

This recipe uses most of the leftovers that you'll have after Thanksgiving dinner!

mashed potatoes
stuffing or dressing
gravy
turkey pieces
green beans or corn (optional)
can of cranberry sauce (optional; I prefer Whole Berry!)

In a 9x13-inch pan spread mashed potatoes about one-third to half way up the side of the pan. Place the pieces of turkey generously over the potato layer. Spoon the gravy over the turkey layer. Then spread the stuffing/dressing. (Optional: spread vegetables, if desired). Place foil over the pan and put in freezer.

Take this great dish out a few weeks later when you are ready to enjoy Thanksgiving again. Defrost in refrigerator overnight - and then bake at 350°F until bubbly and warm all over. Serve with Cranberry sauce, if desired.

I've also made this from quick mashed potatoes, chicken pieces, easy gravy mix and minute stuffing... it comes together real fast and heats all together in about 30 minutes!
