MEAT DRESSING FOR POULTRY 
4 lbs. hamburger
2-3 c. bread cubes
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 bay leaf, broken
Milk or water, to mix

If desired, the giblets, liver and heart of fowl may be put through food chopper and added to above ingredients.

Mix hamburger and bread; add eggs, onion and seasonings and enough milk or water to form the consistency of a meat loaf. Put dressing into fowl and bake until fowl is done.
