MIM'S FRENCH MEAT DRESSING 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 bag Arnold's bread stuffing
4 mashed potatoes
4 stalks diced celery
1 med. onion, diced
1-2 eggs

Brown meats, onion and celery. Drain fat. Mix in bag of stuffing and add egg. Add mashed potatoes until moist consistency is reached. Delicious if added to a baked pie shell and served warm.
