SPINACH WITH CRAB MEAT DRESSING 
2 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. minced onion
2 pkg. chopped spinach, thaw, drain, and squeeze out
2/3 c. diced celery

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add cold water and vinegar. Add all other ingredients and pour into mold.

CRAB DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/8 c. chili sauce
3 tsp. horseradish
1/4 lg. onion, chopped
Tabasco sauce, if desired
1 c. crab meat

Mix all ingredients except crab meat, together. Fold in crab meat.

Serve spinach mold on lettuce and top with Crab Meat Dressing.
