ANY FLAVOR PUDDING TORTE | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. sugar Sm. amount of chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 13 oz. Cool Whip 2 boxes any flavor instant pudding (pistachio or butterscotch is best) 1 1/2 c. confectionery sugar 2 1/3 c. milk if using Royal brand pudding 2 3/4 c. milk if using Jello brand pudding 1st LAYER: Mix and press into 13x9 pan; 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and nuts (optional). Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. 2nd LAYER: Mix and spread over 1st layer; 8 ounce cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups confectionery sugar and 1/2 bowl (about 6 1/2 ounce) Cool Whip. 3rd LAYER: Mix 2 boxes instant pudding with milk. If using Royal brand pudding 2 1/3 cups milk. If using Jello brand pudding use 2 3/4 cups of milk. Mix and spread over 2nd layer. 4th LAYER: Top with Cool Whip. |
