SIX FLAVORED POUND CAKE 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup Crisco oil
3 cups sugar
6 medium eggs
3 cups Swans Down cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk (if you use large eggs, use 3/4 cup milk)
1 tsp. coconut flavor
1 tsp. rum flavor
1 tsp. butter flavor
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. almond flavor

Let butter and butter be room temperature. Cream sugar, butter and Crisco oil. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in flour and baking powder. Add milk and flavors. Beat 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300°F. Pour batter into 16-inch tube pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Note: This is a tall cake.

I use a brick of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream instead of 1 cup of milk, makes a thicker batter but crumbs are moist and hold together better. I also add 1 teaspoon of orange flavoring so I get a 7 flavor cake! Delicious!
