CREAM CHEESE COCONUT POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. frozen coconut, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Cream butter, Crisco and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Combine flour, soda and salt to creamed mixture. Stir in flavoring. Pour batter into floured and greased 10-inch tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until cake test is done. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
