NO SPICE APPLE POUND CAKE 
2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
3 c. raw chopped apples
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add sifted flour, baking soda and salt a little at a time. Stir in the apples, coconut and nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan. Turn out on cake rack to cool. May be frozen.
