1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil or Puritan oil
4 c. diced apples (Yellow Delicious or Granny Smith)
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. raisins

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 13x9x2 inch pan.

2. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly. 12 to 16 servings.
