COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1/3 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut
6 tbsp. cream
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Melt butter in small pan. Beat egg and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in brown sugar, flour, vanilla and coconut. Then add and blend cream and milk. Mix well and pour into 1 (8 inch) unbaked pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
