COCONUT CHESS PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pies are almost solid.
