EASY COCONUT CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Place all ingredients in bowl; mix thoroughly and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
