MRS. BESSIE'S COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
