You wouldn't believe the number of people I have asked about how to make these pancakes. They've never heard of them or thought I must be crazy to even think about someone putting corn in pancakes. All I do know is that I love them. I finally decided that the only way I would ever find a recipe I would have to look on the internet. I thought I might be lucky if I could find one or two, boy was I surprised at the number of recipes there are just on one site and the number of other sites that also have plenty. How could so many people never heard of them at this rate! Oh well, it's my lucky day to finally have the recipe I need. Thank you :)

Great recipe! This is the only true creamed pancakes recipe on the web. All others are just plain creamed corn cakes and not pancakes. A local restaurant in my area have this on their menu and now i can make it myself. Recipe is perfect but be sure to get a good brand of creamed corn some are very watery.

After reading the reviews, I was excited to make these. But they were just disappointing. Very soggy. I even lessened the liquid after reading the other reviews. It reminded me too much of Thanksgiving corn casserole. Which I guess I should have expected- pretty much the same ingredients.
